This Affiliate and Promotional Disclosure explains how Hipopick may display product recommendations, promotional placements, partner links, campaign content, and shopping flows.
Hipopick is part of the Hipobuy service ecosystem. When a user discovers a product on Hipopick and continues into a Hipobuy-supported order, that flow is not treated as an unrelated third-party affiliate referral. It is part of the same shopping and cross-border service ecosystem.
However, Hipopick and Hipobuy may still work with external merchants, product platforms, advertisers, creators, logistics partners, and promotional partners. Some links, placements, recommendations, or campaigns may involve compensation, referral fees, performance-based rewards, advertising spend, or commercial partnerships.
2. Hipobuy-Supported Shopping Flows
Hipopick may help users discover products, add items to cart, initiate checkout, or continue a transaction through Hipobuy infrastructure. The underlying order, payment support, fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, returns, refunds, and after-sales support may be provided by or through Hipobuy and its affiliated operating entities.
Where Hipopick connects you to Hipobuy-supported shopping functionality, Hipopick is not merely acting as an independent advertising publisher referring you to an unrelated merchant. It is operating as a discovery and shopping entry point within the Hipobuy service ecosystem.
3. External Merchant and Partner Relationships
Hipopick may display products, brands, merchants, or product information sourced from or related to external merchants, sellers, product platforms, supplier channels, or promotional partners.
In some cases, Hipopick, Hipobuy, or their affiliated entities may receive compensation or operational benefit when users click, view, purchase, participate in a campaign, use a coupon, or complete another qualifying action.
This compensation may include:
- Referral fees or performance-based rewards
- Advertising or sponsored placement fees
- Campaign support, coupon funding, or promotional incentives
- Commercial benefits from merchant, supplier, logistics, or platform partnerships
- Internal ecosystem benefits from Hipobuy-supported transactions
4. Sponsored or Promotional Content
Some content, placements, rankings, product collections, campaign pages, or recommendations may be influenced by commercial relationships, advertising performance, promotional availability, inventory, coupon support, merchant participation, or operational priorities.
Where practical and appropriate, we aim to identify sponsored or promotional content clearly. However, not every product listing or recommendation is sponsored, and not every commercial relationship changes the price you pay.
5. No Guaranteed Independence of Recommendations
Hipopick recommendations may be influenced by a mix of factors, including product attributes, popularity, quality-check information, availability, price, user experience, search relevance, editorial curation, merchant participation, advertising performance, campaign rules, and Hipobuy operational compatibility.
Commercial relationships may affect which products, merchants, platforms, or campaigns we are able to display or prioritize. We do not guarantee that recommendations are neutral, exhaustive, or ranked solely by objective product quality.
6. Pricing and User Cost
Promotional, referral, or affiliate compensation does not automatically mean that your price will increase. Product prices, shipping fees, taxes, customs charges, coupons, discounts, payment fees, and other costs are determined by the applicable merchant, Hipobuy rules, logistics route, payment channel, campaign rules, and checkout details shown to you.
You should review the final amount, currency, coupon use, shipping fees, taxes, and other charges before submitting an order or payment.
7. No Product Guarantee
The presence of a product, brand, merchant, link, campaign, or sponsored placement on Hipopick does not mean that Hipopick guarantees:
- Product quality, authenticity, safety, legality, or fitness for purpose
- Seller inventory, dispatch speed, or after-sales acceptance
- Shipping timelines, customs results, or delivery outcomes
- Return, refund, warranty, or compensation eligibility
- Accuracy or completeness of merchant-provided product information
Returns, refunds, after-sales support, and compensation are handled under applicable Hipobuy, merchant, seller, carrier, and payment-channel rules.
8. Analytics and Attribution
To measure product performance, campaign performance, and shopping flows, we may use analytics and attribution technologies such as internal identifiers, campaign parameters, pixels, SDKs, and event tracking. These technologies may measure product views, clicks, add-to-cart events, checkout initiation, purchase-related events, payment status, or other shopping interactions.
