The underlying transaction, payment support, procurement, warehousing, logistics, returns, refunds, and after-sales services may be provided by or through Hipobuy and its affiliated operating entities.

2. Product Information and Availability
Product images, titles, descriptions, prices, quality-check content, shipping estimates, stock information, promotions, and recommendations may be sourced from Hipobuy systems, external merchants, product platforms, suppliers, logistics providers, or other third parties.
We make reasonable efforts to display useful information, but we do not guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, current, available, or error-free. Product information, prices, stock, merchant rules, logistics routes, customs requirements, and promotions may change without notice.

Hipopick may help you initiate orders and access checkout flows supported by Hipobuy. Payment may be processed by Hipobuy, Hipobuy's affiliated operating entities, or authorized payment service providers.
Hipopick does not guarantee that every payment method will be available, that every payment attempt will succeed, or that a payment provider will approve a transaction. Payment failures, timeouts, freezes, refunds, chargebacks, and channel-specific rules may be handled under the applicable Hipobuy or payment provider rules.
4. Merchants, Sellers, and Third-Party Platforms
Some products are supplied by external merchants, sellers, product platforms, or supplier channels. Hipobuy may assist with procurement, warehousing, inspection, communication, and after-sales handling, but product availability, seller dispatch, seller return acceptance, product quality, and merchant decisions may depend on those external parties.
References to products, brands, merchants, or platforms do not imply that Hipopick owns those products or brands, or that we guarantee every product's quality, authenticity, safety, legality, or fitness for your intended use.
5. Shipping, Customs, and Delivery
Cross-border shopping may involve domestic shipping to a warehouse, warehousing, quality checks, international shipping, customs declaration, import duties, taxes, inspections, carrier handling, local delivery, and after-sales claims.
Shipping fees and timelines are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays, taxes, inspections, returns, confiscation, loss, damage, or additional fees may occur due to product characteristics, destination rules, customs decisions, carrier operations, weather, force majeure, incorrect address information, prohibited goods, or other factors outside our direct control.

Hipobuy may help communicate with sellers, submit return requests, verify evidence, process refunds, or handle claims. However, we do not guarantee that every return, refund, exchange, warranty request, or compensation claim will be accepted.

Analytics, attribution, advertising, and performance reports are approximate and intended for operational, optimization, and measurement purposes. They should not be treated as absolute or guaranteed measurements of user behavior, campaign results, or transaction outcomes.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.
9. Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hipopick, Hipobuy, the Hipobuy service entities, and their affiliates are not responsible for losses or inconvenience arising from:
- Reliance on product information, recommendations, estimates, or third-party content
- Merchant, seller, payment provider, carrier, customs, or other third-party actions
- User-provided inaccurate information, prohibited goods, false declarations, or missed deadlines
- Shipping delays, customs issues, taxes, inspections, confiscation, loss, damage, or delivery failures outside our direct control
- Technical interruptions, security incidents, or compatibility issues
- Return, refund, warranty, or compensation requests that are rejected under applicable rules
Where responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
