1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hipopick, including our mobile application, website, product discovery features, account-related features, shopping flows, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using Hipopick, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
2. Hipopick and the Hipobuy Service Ecosystem
Hipopick is a product discovery and shopping facilitation service within the Hipobuy service ecosystem. Hipopick helps users discover products, browse curated looks and recommendations, manage shopping-related account flows, add products to cart, and initiate orders.
The underlying transaction, payment, procurement, fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, returns, refunds, and after-sales support are provided by or through Hipobuy and its affiliated operating entities (collectively, the "Hipobuy Service Entities"). These entities may include, depending on your region and the service used, HIPOBUY SARL, Hong Kong Jointown Trading Co., Limited, EVERLINE TRADING CO., LIMITED, APPEC, and other affiliated or operational service providers.
Hipopick and Hipobuy are not unrelated third-party services. They operate as affiliated services within the same shopping and cross-border service ecosystem. However, certain parts of the shopping process may still involve external merchants, payment processors, logistics carriers, customs authorities, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and other independent third parties.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You may use Hipopick only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or if you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
Some features require a Hipopick or Hipobuy account, including saved preferences, cart, checkout, address management, order-related features, coupons, customer support, and after-sales requests. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that occurs under your account.
You agree that the information you provide, including account information, contact details, shipping address, order details, and after-sales materials, will be accurate, complete, and not misleading.
4. Product Discovery, Recommendations, and Product Information
Hipopick displays product information, curated looks, product collections, quality-check content, recommendations, and related shopping information. This content is provided for discovery, comparison, and shopping facilitation purposes.
Product images, titles, descriptions, pricing, stock status, shipping estimates, quality-check information, and promotional information may come from Hipobuy systems, external merchants, product platforms, logistics providers, or other third-party sources. We make reasonable efforts to keep information useful, but we do not guarantee that all product information will always be accurate, complete, current, or available.
Before placing an order, you should review the product details, selected SKU, quantity, shipping destination, fees, coupon use, and any notices displayed during the checkout or order confirmation process.
5. Orders, Checkout, and Payment
When you initiate or place an order through Hipopick, the order may be created, submitted, processed, or fulfilled through Hipobuy infrastructure. This may include Hipobuy account services, cart services, order confirmation, coupons, addresses, payment pages, WebView checkout, payment status handling, warehousing, logistics, and after-sales tools.
Payment may be processed by Hipobuy, Hipobuy's affiliated operating entities, or authorized payment service providers such as card processors, PayPal, banking providers, wallet providers, or other payment channels. Hipopick does not store your full card number or payment credentials where those details are entered directly into a third-party payment processor or Hipobuy payment page.
By placing an order, you authorize Hipopick to transmit the information required to complete the transaction to Hipobuy and relevant service providers. This may include account identifiers, authentication tokens, product and SKU information, cart item identifiers, address information, coupon information, order amounts, payment status, currency, language, and after-sales or customer-support information.
Order totals, shipping fees, taxes, customs charges, coupons, exchange rates, and payment availability may change based on destination, product characteristics, logistics route, payment channel, merchant rules, customs requirements, and Hipobuy service rules.
6. Fees, Shipping, Customs, and Delivery
Orders placed through Hipopick may involve product cost, domestic shipping from the seller to the Hipobuy warehouse, international shipping, customs declaration fees, taxes, duties, value-added services, insurance, or other charges shown before payment.
International shipping fees may be calculated based on weight, dimensions, shipping method, destination, route availability, warehouse handling, and carrier rules. Customs duties, import taxes, inspections, return fees, fines, or clearance delays may be imposed by destination authorities and may be your responsibility unless otherwise stated by the applicable Hipobuy policy.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to merchant dispatch timing, warehouse handling, customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, force majeure, address issues, security checks, or other factors outside our direct control.
7. Returns, Refunds, and After-Sales Support
Returns, refunds, exchanges, compensation, warranty support, and after-sales issues for orders initiated through Hipopick are handled under the applicable Hipobuy after-sales rules and the rules of the relevant merchant, seller, payment channel, carrier, or logistics provider.
Hipobuy may assist with communication, evidence collection, seller negotiation, return requests, refund processing, logistics claims, insurance claims, or customer support. However, whether a product can be returned or refunded may depend on seller rules, product category, condition, timing, warehouse status, quality evidence, shipping status, customs status, and applicable platform rules.
You may be required to provide photos, package evidence, proof of purchase, delivery records, product details, or other supporting materials. Failure to provide required evidence within the stated time period may affect your eligibility for return, refund, compensation, or after-sales support.

8. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose
- Provide false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete account, order, address, customs, payment, or after-sales information
- Purchase, ship, request, or declare goods that are prohibited, restricted, counterfeit, unsafe, infringing, illegal, or otherwise not accepted by Hipobuy, merchants, carriers, customs authorities, or applicable law
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass, or access non-public parts of the Service
- Misuse coupons, promotions, rewards, referral programs, wallets, balances, Hipo Coins, or payment channels
- Use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of Hipopick, Hipobuy, merchants, brands, other users, or third parties
You are responsible for losses, penalties, additional fees, failed delivery, customs issues, account restrictions, or legal consequences caused by your inaccurate information, prohibited goods, false declarations, misuse of the Service, or violation of these Terms.
9. Privacy and Data Use
Your use of Hipopick is subject to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Data Retention Policy.
Because Hipopick uses Hipobuy infrastructure for account, order, checkout, fulfillment, logistics, and after-sales functions, your information may be shared within the Hipobuy service ecosystem and with relevant service providers where necessary to provide the Service.
10. Third-Party Merchants, Payment Providers, and Carriers
Some products, payment methods, shipping routes, promotions, product information, or after-sales outcomes depend on external merchants, sellers, payment processors, logistics carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties. These third parties may have their own terms, policies, timeframes, fees, limitations, and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party systems, external payment pages, merchant inventory, seller decisions, carrier delays, customs decisions, or third-party platform content except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly stated in Hipobuy service rules.
11. Intellectual Property
Hipopick, Hipobuy, and their underlying technology, design, logos, branding, software, workflows, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, scrape, or create derivative works based on significant portions of the Service without our prior written consent.
Product images, trademarks, logos, product names, merchant names, and brand assets displayed through the Service may belong to their respective owners. Their display does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or network
- Product information, prices, stock, shipping estimates, or recommendations will always be accurate, complete, or current
- Any merchant, seller, product, payment provider, carrier, customs authority, or other third party will meet your expectations
- Any order, return, refund, delivery, claim, or after-sales request will be accepted or completed in a particular way unless expressly required by applicable law or stated in the relevant Hipobuy service rule
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hipopick, Hipobuy, the Hipobuy Service Entities, and their affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hipopick, Hipobuy, the Hipobuy Service Entities, and their affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:
- Your access to or use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your inaccurate, false, or incomplete information
- Your purchase, shipment, declaration, or attempted shipment of prohibited, restricted, infringing, counterfeit, unsafe, or illegal goods
- Your violation of third-party rights or applicable law
15. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including features, product displays, checkout flows, payment options, shipping routes, promotions, and after-sales processes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Hipopick after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Unless a specific Hipobuy transaction, logistics, payment, or after-sales rule states otherwise, disputes relating to Hipopick or orders initiated through Hipopick will be handled under the governing law and dispute resolution rules applicable to the relevant Hipobuy Service Entity, transaction, delivery route, or service used.
Certain Hipobuy service rules may specify additional governing law, arbitration, court jurisdiction, language priority, or claim procedures. Those specific rules will apply to the relevant transaction or service to the extent permitted by law.
